Delivering exceptional service means going beyond the customer’s expectations, offering extraordinary and superior service – going the extra mile, wowing the customer with your attention, actions, and words. This happens when all employees work together to provide exceptional service.
Exceptional Service is a single session, video-based program. The design allows the session to be implemented in four hours. Its content focuses on: your role in service quality; care and concern; value-added service; problem solving; and service recovery. Each participant receives a 40-page workbook filled with customer service techniques, a pocket-sized skill reminder card, and a certificate of accomplishment.
