Five Star Service for Hospitality

Five Star Service was carefully designed to improve and sustain the performance of frontline employees. In the hospitality industry, guests are the key to success. Having a well-trained and service-oriented staff would help to reach the attainable goal of Five Star Service in any hotel environment.

This video-based program offers a truly flexible learning system.  The 12 modules take between 15 and 60 minutes each to complete.  All 12 modules can be implemented in a one-day session, two half-days, nine shorter sessions, or by breaking the system into four sessions of about two hours each.

Upon completion of Five Star Service, participants will:

  • speak in a more courteous and caring manner
  • work as a team to satisfy the needs of guests
  • listen to guests and co-workers with respect and focus to improve understanding
  • perform jobs more competently through enhanced self-esteem
  • learn to accept responsibility and find ways to solve problems
